You may use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws when using the App.

You agree not to misuse the App, use it for illegal purposes, or violate these terms.

Some features of the App may require account creation.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration and keeping it updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.

The App offers subscription plans that provide access to additional features and content.

Subscription fees, payment terms, and renewal policies are specified at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the next renewal date.

Note for plan changes: On iOS, changing from annual to monthly plans takes effect after the current annual plan period ends.

The App and its content (including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, downloads, interfaces, and code) are the exclusive property of the provider or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, transmit, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell the App or its content.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

The provider does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, timeliness, or availability of the App.

Learning content is provided for reference purposes and is not a substitute for professional language education.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), or other legal theory.

In no event shall the provider's liability exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the last 12 months.

By using the App, you agree to the Privacy Policy.

The provider reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms become effective when published in the App.

The provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate the App or its features at any time, with or without notice.

Users will be notified of significant changes via in-app notifications or email.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.

If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the provider regarding the App and supersede all prior communications, proposals, or representations.
